Refund & Cancellation Policy

How Pro subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and your refund rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Free tier

OutlayHQ has a free tier you can use without payment. You only pay if you choose to subscribe to Pro.

2. Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance each billing period (for example, monthly) through our payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Cancelling

  • You can cancel any time from your account billing settings.
  • When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier; your saved data remains in your account.

4. Refunds

Because Pro is a digital subscription billed in advance, we generally do not provide refunds for partial periods or for change of mind after a billing period has started, except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund. To request a refund or raise a problem, email support@outlayhq.com.au.

5. Price changes

We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for; they apply from your next renewal.
